5/23/2013 | I am so thrilled to announce that I will be returning to the stage in Atlanta after a 2-year period in no better way than in Dreamgirls at the Fabulous Fox Theatre AND Wolf Trap. And even better, I will be sharing the stage with none other than Ms. Jennifer Holliday. Excuse me while I squeal with excitement!!! Yipppeeee. And if this couldn’t get any better, it’s the perfect excuse to be back in my hometown of Washington, DC for a quick trip. More details will be announced soon.

4/23/2013 | Join me this weekend at the 16th annual Taliah Waajid World Natural Hair, Health, & Beauty Show  where yours truly will be hosting the weekend event. There is a host of awesome entertainment, prizes, tips, PLUS get your hands on some of the latest hair care and skin care products. The event takes place Sat-Sun April 27-28th, from 10am – 7pm at the Georgia International Convention Center 2000 Convention Center Concourse College Park, GA 30037. General Admission: $10; FREE for children under 12.

4/16/2013 | The Emerging Artist Award Reception was magical. Many thanks for those who were able to make it. I could get used to this. Even with a thousand tongues I couldn’t give enough thanks.

3/7/2013 | Done and DONE!!!! We are wrapped on my web series pilot. What an experience it was. Not easy wearing many hats, but proud to say I did. Great start for my production company. I look forward to the next project. Thank you to the cast, crew, the city of Atlanta, and my director for making this possible. Next stop…the New York Television Festival. Wish me luck!!! 3/5/2013 | Last week I had the great pleasure of being on set with the Oscar nominated talents of Jake Gyllenhaal, Hugh Jackman, and director Denis Villeneuve for the upcoming thriller “Prisoners”…no pressure. I didn’t get a chance to snap a picture while on set, but the memories will last forever. That just means our paths will cross again. I just know it. 

I got a picture in the production office. That counts for something, right?
